Repetitive/Redundant TOPIC will be deleted.

Unwanted POSTS with no relevance to TOPICS will be deleted and user who posted that will be banned after a one or two warnings.

It is not only the Administrators/Moderators duty to keep the forum conducive for discussion but also the Members.
